Comp recap: 2020 LOGAN SHOWDOWN BEENLEIGH & FLAGSTONE

2020 ended on a skateboard high with a two day skateboarding gala in Beenleigh, Saturday 5th. December and Flagstone, Sunday 6th. December. Find all the results from the two competitions here.

Saturday was a street style competition at the skatepark in Beenleigh and some saw it as a warm-up for the big end of year final the next day.

Sunday it all went down for real. With over 50 skaters in three sessions and some of SEQ’s best skaters in the mix the day was packed with great vibes and wicked skateboarding.

Due to the extreme heat the format was changed a bit to shorten down the time the participants had to skate in the hard sun.

Format:

Everyone got 3x45 seconds runs.

The top 6 skaters from each session went on to do three best tricks.

The best three runs / best tricks counted towards the total score.
