Your GUIDE To Watch Skateboarding at the X- GAMES in Japan 2022 From Australia
こんにちは [Kon'nichiwa]. This weekend you can binge watch skateboarding galore at the X-games in Chiba, Japan. We’ve made it easy to find out when to watch (Australian time), where to watch and who to watch [just scroll down].
Here at Slabzoo HQ we are beyond excited to see young Aussie gun Chloe Covell (12), who has been invited to compete alongside Olympic silver medalist Rayssa Leal (BRA), SLS Super Crown 2021 winner Pamela Rosa (BRA) and other top female street skateboarders. Among the invited male athletes we find Aussie Kieran Woolley (18) who will compete in both street and park. Talk about multi talent and insane progression!
There is also something for the vert enthusiasts. Contrary to the Olympics there’ll be a vert competition and a vert best trick comp. A bit disappointing this comp is male only but with the level of talent among females on vert we reckon the women will get their own division very very soon!
